Women’s Wellness Retreat

Crane Lake, MN

March 6-9, 2026

Breathtaking nature.
Transformative experiences.

This retreat is designed for the women who give: it’s time to step into yourself and replenish your soul with warm and seasonal fare, daily prioritized self-care, and Mother Nature herself. We will rest, laugh, and enjoy the slow season’s offerings from the breathtaking views of an elevated dome complete with a wood fired hot tub, onsite sauna, and heated bathroom floors!

Details + Pricing

Our glamping dome - The Big Dipper - is nestled into the rocks and pines on a remote slice of mainland just outside of Voyageurs National Park. The Big Dipper is a part of Voyageurs Outpost, a branch of Voyageurs Guide Service, which is owned by Alyssa’s cousins. There are no roads to the property, so you will drive to Basecamp (in Crane Lake, MN), park there, and we will take you the two miles to the dome in a UTV or snowmobile.

The main floor features a king bed and the loft a queen, each are shared with one other woman. If you’re booking with a friend, great! If not, no worries. Alyssa will stay in onsite in the main cabin, so it will just be the four of you in the dome overnight.

Our retreat is intentionally small and intimate so that we can make the most of our time together. $1900 per person includes everything—lodging, all meals, activities, transportation to and from basecamp to the dome, spa treatments (and take home goodies), and a 90-minute bodywork session. The only thing you need to cover separately is getting to Basecamp (a ~4.5 hour drive from the Twin Cities).

Options to pay in full or three payments ($700, $600, $600). Your deposit ($700) is nonrefundable and saves your spot! Members and repeat retreaters get $100 off (maximum discount of $100).

There are three spots left! Both main floor king spots and one upstairs queen.

What's included?

On all of Aether’s retreats, all of the activities planned are always optional. You have the freedom to come and go as you choose so that you can honor your needs at any given moment.

  • Our dome (“The Big Dipper”) is nestled into the pines and granite of a remote slice of mainland. We have a full kitchen and bath with a rainfall shower, wood-fired hot tub outside our door, and sweeping views of the frozen lake and wilderness. The property is owned by my cousins, and their home shares the land. Mike + Emily are delightful hosts, and their two huskies roam free (but don’t come into the dome).

  • All meals are included and will emphasize warmth and nourishment for both body and soul. There will be snacks and warm beverages available throughout the day as well!

  • Our mornings will include slow-flow yoga to gently ready us for the day. Practice is designed for all levels and creates space for intuitive movement and rest as needed.

  • We are lucky to have a sauna onsite and a giant lake we can hop into for a cold plunge (if you’d like!). There is plenty of time, morning and night, to enjoy these amenities.

  • Get cozied into bed and drift into dreams with the lull of a full sound bath. While this isn’t possible on the larger retreats, the layout of the dome and intimate size of this one create a perfect opportunity!

  • Each day will provide the opportunity to don snowshoes and wander (and wonder!) through the winter forest and frozen lake. Snowshoes are provided by our hosts <3

  • Each evening will include a different spa treatment to rejuvenate our bodies, accompanied by a sound bath to replenish our minds and hearts. Expect an organic facial mask, refreshing foot soak, and herbal yoni steam to nourish yourself. You’ll learn how to make them and get to make some home as well!

  • Our weekend is all about replenishing, and in order to do so we have a process set out: we will shed layers, connect with our true Self, honor Her, and then allow Her to be seen in a safe and supportive environment. Each day will have dedicated journal prompts and invitations to share and reflect as a community of women.

  • You will have the opportunity to receive a 90 minute massage and/or energy work treatment on Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Your session will be uniquely catered to your needs and include hot towels, aromatherapy, a personal sound bath and herbal oils.

  • It is not often enough that we get to experience the wisdom and cradling of other women. All weekend we are blessed to be surrounded with exactly that. We gather around the bonfire and deepen relationships, create new connections, and nourish the feminine within.
