  • Ka Lia

    massage therapist | she/her

Ka Lia’s journey into massage therapy began in early childhood, intuitively massaging her mother and discovering the healing power of touch. She graduated from Aveda in 2024 with over 600+ hours of training.

Growing up in an unstable home and experiencing several traumautic events, Ka Lia gained a profound understanding of how physical and emotional trauma impact the body and mind. This unique journey enriched her understanding of healing the mind, body and soul.

Ka Lia’s approach is through intention, compassion and intuition to effectively address each individual’s needs. Her signature modalities are Swedish, trigger point therapy, stretching, and deep tissue massage. • Casiana

    massage therapist | she/her

Casiana is an artist, a friend, and a born healer. She dreams of a system of healing that liberates and supports her clients, inspiring each person to follow their own path and plan of care. Her history of chronic pain, trauma and working within healthcare has taught her the necessity of compassionate and informed care. Her practice is centered around partnership and the fact that Joy is medicine.

Born and raised in Chicago, she grew up in a large Filipino/Irish family that instilled loyalty and a strong sense of justice within her core. She moves to integrate her ancestral healing and spiritual practices into her life and work, while keeping it grounded in the newest research on how massage therapy is an essential part of healthcare. Educated in Eastern and Western practices at Northwestern Health Sciences University, she trained in 600+ hours of hands on relaxation and clinical work, craniosacral therapy, reiki, and acupressure. She received her 200 hour Yoga teacher training in 2022 and continues to expand her knowledge.

In her free time, you can find Casiana outside basking in the sun, exploring intuitive movement, singing in the shower and painting her internal landscape.

  • Vera

massage therapist | she/her/ella | se habla español

Vera's healing journey began in childhood, guided by her Mexican-healer grandmother, Pia, who taught her energy healing and bodywork fundamentals. A decade after Pia's passing, Vera honored this legacy by pursuing massage therapy while drawing strength from her healthcare background working in ICUs—including COVID and Pediatric units—where she witnessed firsthand how patients craved healing touch during critical moments.

After graduating from Aveda in 2023 and receiving her Reiki certification, Vera discovered that bodywork was literally in her DNA—her great-grandfather was also a healer for people and livestock. Today, her practice integrates ancestral spirituality and the energy Mother Earth provides, creating space for intuition to flow as she connects deeply with clients. She believes all forms of bodywork connect us not only to one another but to the earth itself.

Beyond her healing work, Vera nurtures family connections by reading with her nephew, teaching her niece, reviving traditions like embroidery and crochet, as well as starting her own (like cultivating rare succulents!). She finds spiritual grounding through meditation with crystals, holds space for her ancestors wherever she goes, and loves traveling to absorb Earth's powerful energies in special places.
