How it works
1. Discovery call: A free 15-minute chat to ask your questions and see if we’re a good fit.
2. Enroll: Choose your program, sign your agreement, and pick pay-in-full or monthly.
3. Initial session: We get clear on what matters most to you, shape a vision and goal for your program, and choose your first steps—ones that actually fit your life.
4. Guided check-ins: Regular sessions, plus support in between, to turn those steps into habits that last.

Why Choose Health Coaching at Aether?
-
Grounded in behavior change science
My background in behavior change psychology goes back to my undergraduate studies. The tools I use are grounded in how people actually change, so you leave with the skills and confidence to keep going long after our work together ends.
-
A whole-person view
Whether you’re focused on movement, sleep, nutrition, or stress, or on things like your home, time in nature, or a sense of purpose, every part of your well-being is welcome here.
-
Rooted in traditional wisdom
Years of yoga, bodywork, and herbalism have shaped how I understand health: not as one-size-fits-all, but as something influenced by the seasons, food, and environment in ways that are different for every person.
-
Personalized, never prescribed
No templates and no rigid plans. I listen closely and trust your experience, because you’re the expert on your own life, and every program is built around your goals and your pace.
-
Accountability that actually helps
Regular check-ins and support between sessions keep you moving forward, especially in the weeks when motivation dips.
-
Support that fits your schedule
Virtual sessions and weekday messaging give you consistent support from wherever you are, with no extra commute in your week.

Common questions about yoga
-
Absolutely none! No matter if you've never practiced before or you're a seasoned veteran, you are always welcome and will always have a place on a mat with Aether.
Every class is designed with flexibility to cater to anyone present. Additionally, we encourage all yogis to customize each class to honor their higher Selves and meet their immediate needs and long-term goals — sometimes that might mean spending most of the class in a resting position or venturing into your own flow to make things more spicy.
-
You can wear whatever you want as long as you are comfortable and can move around in. Consider layers too! It's common to like an additional layer of clothing to slip on toward the end of class when things wind down because your body temperature will drop when you are physically at rest. For restorative and yin classes, you may want to dress a little warmer for those reasons!
-
Yoga is meant to be practiced anywhere and any time! Meaning, you never need a mat to practice yoga and some people prefer to practice directly on the earth.
Others prefer a mat because it creates a space for you to tether yourself to and creates a separation for the bustle of every day life. Yoga mats also offer cushion for bones and bums against the ground and can help reduce slipping due to moisture accumulation (read: sweating).
You may bring your own if you want, or we have a limited number available to loan out!
-
If you want to bring a yoga mat, bring one (see above). It’s also nice to bring layers in case you get chilly when resting (your body temperature will naturally drop when you’re physically still for a little bit), and water! Bring water everywhere you go, honestly. It’s good for you :) Whenever props are required or suggested for practice, they will be provided.
You are always welcome to bring your own blocks, strap, bolster, etc. You do not need to bring your phone or smart watch. If you would like to, or need to for any reason, please keep your device(s) on silent and avoid checking messages or using them unless absolutely necessary. Even the light-up from a smart watch can be really distracting for some in their practice, so just be as respectful as you can while also meeting your own needs!

Yoga is a beautiful practice that should be accessible to anyone and everyone — which is why many of Aether classes are free or donation-based. Donations help cover the instructors time, the space, and the mats and props that make each class possible. To provide a frame of reference if you choose to donate, yoga often ranges from $12 to $40 per class.
